If you are looking for a way to burn off belly fat in the shortest time possible but achieve effective and natural results? First and foremost you should ensure you do it permanently and consistently but how?
Identify your REAL enemy – when it comes to successful weight and fat loss, there are so many misconceptions doing their rounds, and the main reason for this is the crazy and ridiculous fad diets that make their way into the market. These diets claim that for you to be able to stay in shape and lose fat, you should restrict some nutrients and cut down on your daily caloric intake. Contrary to what fad diets claim, food isn’t your number one enemy, the diets are. This justifies the reason why these diets rarely give consistent tangible results. Low fat, low carb, low calorie diets among others are only there to slow down an otherwise very active metabolism. Thus, you should never look at food as your real enemy, in the contrary, the fad diets are and you should therefore stay away from them.
Start exercising smartly – one thing that should be made clear straight from the start is that abdominal exercise – sit ups, crunches, etc, will not really burn off your belly fat fast, rather, they will tone your muscles hidden under the belly fat. The other thing to understand about exercising is that for you to be able to achieve a well toned belly or the dream six pack abs, you should have a fat percentage not exceeding 10%. With that being said, effective smart exercising is about compound weight training and cardiovascular exercises. In effect, you will end up building lean muscle tissue much quicker, you will accelerate your metabolism and more importantly you will burn away tons of calories very fast.
Eat small portions severally throughout the day – what you should do to boost your metabolism and help you not feel hungry all the time or get cravings throughout the day is to ensure you eat small portions of your meals several times throughout the day. Note that when you eat 3 large meals, the body’s metabolism will become gradual and in response the body will store the excess calories from your food as fat. On the flip side of the coin, when you eat tiny low calorie portions throughout the day, you will boost your metabolism, prevent cravings and feel ‘full’ all day long
